Suspend travel card for Warsaw transportation
ZTM has implemented an emergency solution. Passengers who resigned now to travel by public transport, can electronically apply to the Public Transport Authority with a request for long-term suspension of the ticket.
The application may be sent to: ztm@ztm.waw.pl with the subject of the message: zawieszenie biletu. The proposal must be given the card number. The passenger will not receive a refund, but will be able to transcode unused time validity for another term, after reporting Passenger Service Point, at any chosen time. Recoding the validity period will be counted from the date of submission of the application over the Internet.
Passengers who request a refund for the unused period of validity of the ticket we invite you to POP. Ticket requires a re-write on the Warsaw City Card you can only do e-POP.
