NYPSFF (New York Portuguese Short Film Festival) to festiwal filmów krótkometrażowych, którego celem jest promowanie współczesnego kina portugalskiego. Zorganizowany po raz pierwszy w czerwcu 2011, był pierwszym festiwalem portugalskich filmów krótkometrażowych w USA. Podczas Festiwalu prezentowane są prace nowej generacji młodych reżyserów portugalskich. Poprzez organizację wydarzenia co roku w różnych krajach Arte Institute chce zdobyć nową publiczność na całym świecie. NYPSFF gościł już na pięciu kontynentach, w 23 krajach i 53 miastach.

W tym roku zostanie zaprezentowanych 13 filmów:

O NYPSFF é um festival de curtas metragens, dedicado à divulgação do Cinema Português Contemporâneo.O NY Portuguese Short Film Festival (NYPSFF), organizado pela primeira vez em Junho de 2011, foi o primeiro festival de curtas-metragens portuguesas nos Estados Unidos. O Festival mostra o trabalho da nova geração de jovens realizadores portugueses. Ao organizar o Festival anualmente, em vários países, o Arte Institute pretende ampliar e conquistar novos públicos para o cinema português, em todo o mundo. O NY Portuguese Short Film Festival já passou por todos os continentes, 23 países e 53 cidades.

The NY Portuguese Short Film Festival (NYPSFF) was the first Portuguese short film festival in NYC and the US. The Festival shows the work of the new generation of young Portuguese directors. By organizing the Festival annually in several countries, the Arte Institute intends to expand and win new audiences for the Portuguese cinema worldwide. The NY Portuguese Short Film Festival already passed for 5 continents, 23 countries and 53 cities.
