In recent years local chefs, restaurateurs, and foodies have been eager to rediscover the culinary identity of Poland resulting in a blossoming food culture and promising international gastronomy destination. With over 120 attendees, the forum will map the narrative of Poland’s historical culinary drivers and what they mean for Poland’s new food future.

The forum is open to everyone interested in joining the conversation about Poland’s new food future including chefs, passionate foodies and everyone in between.
