Orientalny Kiermasz Świąteczny – pomoc dla Jemenu

Zapraszamy na kolejną edycję Orientalnego Kiermaszu Świątecznego na Wydziale Orientalistycznym UW!

Tym razem zbiórka organizowana przy współpracy z Polska Akcja Humanitarna (PAH) dotyczy Jemenu, w którym od czterech lat konflikt zbrojny rujnuje życie mieszkańcom, a aż trzy-czwarte populacji jest w potrzebie. Kryzys humanitarny w Jemenie jest jednym z największym na świecie, dlatego tak bardzo potrzebna jest tam nasza pomoc.

We wtorek, 18 grudnia, w godz. 9:00-19:00 w dawnej Afrezji – piwnicy Budynku Wydziału Orientalistycznego UW (Budynek Porektorski) odbędzie się Orientalny Kiermasz Świąteczny organizowany przez studentów, doktorantów, pracowników i sympatyków Wydziału Orientalistycznego, z którego całkowity dochód zostanie przeznaczony na pomoc realizowaną w Jemenie. Czeka na Was mnóstwo pięknych prezentów, stoisko malowania henną, stoisko malowania tradycyjnych koreańskich masek i wachlarzy, kaligrafia koreańska oraz hanboki, które będzie można przymierzyć. Zapraszamy również o godz. 18.15 na wykład pt. Kryzys humanitarny w Jemenie. Co to znaczy?„

Przypominamy, że płatność możliwa jest jedynie GOTÓWKĄ, a ceny prezentowanych przedmiotów są cenami minimalnymi, więc każdy może dorzucić od siebie więcej by wesprzeć Jemeńczyków!

Osoby chętne do przekazania książek, płyt, filmów, rękodzieła, voucherów na warsztaty, zaproszeń etc. zapraszamy do kontaktu! W końcu fajnie jest pomagać!

We would like to invite you to the next edition of the Oriental Christmas Charity Fair organized by the Faculty of Oriental Studies at the University of Warsaw!

This year’s collection is organized in cooperation with the Polish Humanitarian Action (PAH) and it concerns one of the most war-ravaged countries in the world – Yemen. The ongoing armed conflict has ruined thousands of lives and as many as three-quarters of the population is currently in need. The humanitarian crisis in the country is one of the largest in the world, and that is why our help is so important.

If you are looking for some extraordinary Christmas gifts, want to take part in an interesting lecture – Humanitarian crisis in Yemen. What does it mean? (more information: https://www.facebook.com/events/342443936547190/), get a beautiful henna tattoo, paint some traditional Korean masks and fans or get amazing calligraphy while supporting our cause at the same time, visit us in the former ‘Afrezja’ – a basement in the Faculty of Oriental Studies of the University of Warsaw (Porektorski Building) on Tuesday, December 18. Our Oriental Christmas Market organized by students, PhD students, employees and friends of the Faculty of Oriental Studies will be there for you from 9 AM to 7 PM. The total income will be handed over to PAH which carries out help in Yemen.

We would like to remind you that the payment is CASH only, and the prices of the presented items are minimal, so everyone can pay more to support the Yemenis!
